A callback function that must be implemented by a user to set an array of vertex shader Boolean constants.

Parameters

StartRegister
[out] The zero-based index of the first constant register.
pConstantData
[out] An array of Boolean constants.
RegisterCount
[out] The number of registers in pConstantData.
