IDirectSoundCapture8::GetCaps

The GetCaps method retrieves the capabilities of the capture device.

  LPDSCCAPS pDSCCaps
);

pDSCCaps: Pointer to a DSCCAPS structure to be receive information about the capture device. When the method is called, the dwSize member must specify the size of the structure in bytes.

If the method succeeds, the return value is DS_OK. If the method fails, the return value may be one of the following error values:
