Members Table

Event Description
Disposing Occurs when the Dispose method is called or when the PrtBuffer object is finalized and collected by the garbage collector of the .NET common language runtime.
Method Description
AddBuffer Adds another buffer to the PrtBuffer and stores the results in PrtBuffer.
AttachGutterHelper Associates a TextureGutterHelper object with the PrtBuffer object.
Dispose Immediately releases the unmanaged resources used by the PrtBuffer object.
Equals Returns a value that indicates whether the current instance is equal to a specified object.
EvaluateGutterHelper Applies stored texture gutter data to a PrtBuffer texture buffer.
ExtractTexture Extracts coefficient data from a color channel of the buffer for a specified range of coefficients, and adds the data to a Texture object.
ExtractToMesh Extracts coefficient data from a single-channel buffer and adds the data to a Mesh object.
Finalize Allows the PrtBuffer object to free resources before it is destroyed by the garbage collector.
static (Shared in Visual Basic) FromFile Loads into memory a PRT buffer that was saved to disk.
GetHashCode Returns the hash code for the current instance.
GetObjectByValue This member supports the infrastructure for Microsoft DirectX 9.0 for Managed Code and is not intended to be used directly from your code.
LockBuffer Locks a range of vertex or texel sample data and returns a GraphicsStream object containing the locked buffer memory.
LockBufferSingleArray Locks a range of vertex or texel sample data and returns an array containing the locked buffer memory.
static (Shared in Visual Basic) op_Equality Compares the current instance of a class to another instance to determine whether they are the same.
static (Shared in Visual Basic) op_Inequality Compares the current instance of a class to another instance to determine whether they are different.
PrtBuffer Initializes a new instance of the PrtBuffer class.
raise_Disposing Raises the Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D.PrtBuffer.Disposing event when called from within a derived class.
ReleaseGutterHelper Disassociates an attached TextureGutterHelper object with the PrtBuffer object.
Resize Changes the number of samples contained in the buffer.
Save Saves a PRT buffer to disk.
ScaleBuffer Multiplies every value in the buffer by a constant value.
UnlockBuffer Unlocks the buffer locked by PrtBuffer.LockBuffer or PrtBuffer.LockBufferSingleArray.
UpdateUnmanagedPointer Updates the unmanaged pointer for this PrtBuffer object. This method supports the Microsoft .NET Framework infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly in your code.
Property Description
Disposed Gets a value that indicates whether the object is disposed.
Height Retrieves the height of the texture, in pixels.
IsTexture Indicates whether the buffer contains a texture.
NumberChannels Retrieves the number of color channels used in memory to store samples.
NumberCoefficients Retrieves the number of scalars per color channel used in memory to store samples.
NumberSamples Retrieves the number of vertices (or texels) sampled.
UnmanagedComPointer Returns the unmanaged Component Object Model (COM) ID3DXPRTBuffer interface pointer.
Width Retrieves the width of the texture, in pixels.
