This property is read/write.
A Single value that indicates the degree to which tangent data is used in simplification operations.
If the Tangent field is 0.0, the simplification operation ignores the tangent component when it calculates the error for collapsing the edges of a mesh. However, if the Tangent field is 1.0, the simplification operation uses the tangent component. If the Tangent field is 2.0, double the amount of errors; if it is 4.0, quadruple the number of errors, and so on.
