Visual Basic Public ReadOnly Property GlobalFocus As Boolean C# public bool GlobalFocus { get; } C++ public:
property bool GlobalFocus {
bool get();
}JScript public function get GlobalFocus() : boolean
System.Boolean
This property is read-only.
Value that is set to true if the buffer is a global buffer; otherwise, false.
When GlobalFocus is set to true, an application using Microsoft DirectSound can continue to play its buffers if the user switches focus to another application, even if the new application uses DirectSound. The one exception is that the global sounds from other applications will not be audible if you switch focus to a DirectSound application that uses the CooperativeLevel.WritePrimary flag for its cooperative level.
