UnsafeNativeMethods.Vector4.Minimize Method

Language:

Returns a 4-D vector that is made up of the smallest components of two 4-D vectors.

Note: For programming in Microsoft Visual Basic .NET or Microsoft JScript .NET, use the equivalent method in the Microsoft.DirectX structures.

Definition

Visual Basic Public Shared Function Minimize( _
    ByVal pOut As Vector4, _
    ByVal pLeft As Vector4, _
    ByVal pRight As Vector4 _
) As Vector4
C# public static Vector4 Minimize(
    Vector4 pOut,
    Vector4 pLeft,
    Vector4 pRight
);
C++ public:
static Vector4 Minimize(
    Vector4 pOut,
    Vector4 pLeft,
    Vector4 pRight
);
JScript public static function Minimize(
    pOut : Vector4,
    pLeft : Vector4,
    pRight : Vector4
) : Vector4;

Parameters

pOut Microsoft.DirectX.Vector4
A Vector4 structure that is made up of the smallest components of the two vectors.
pLeft Microsoft.DirectX.Vector4
Source Vector4 structure.
pRight Microsoft.DirectX.Vector4
Source Vector4 structure.

Return Value

Microsoft.DirectX.Vector4
A Vector4 structure that is made up of the smallest components of the two vectors.

Remarks

The return value for this method is the same value returned in the pOut parameter. This allows you to use the Minimize method as a parameter for another method.
