Definitions and Global Variables
The following code is the first lines of the Helworld.c example. This is the only file required to build this application; no other header files or source files are needed.
Notice that INITGUID must be defined prior to all other includes and defines. This is a crucial point that is sometimes missed by developers who are new to DirectX.
