IDirectMusicStyle::GetChordMap

The IDirectMusicStyle::GetChordMap method retrieves a named chordmap.

  IDirectMusicChordMap** ppChordMap
);
 

Parameters

pwszName

Name of the chordmap to be retrieved.

ppChordMap

Address of a variable to receive a pointer to the IDirectMusicChordMap interface.

Return Values

If the method succeeds, the return value is S_OK if a chordmap is returned, or S_FALSE if there is no chordmap by that name.

If ppChordMap is not a valid pointer, the method returns E_POINTER.
