The RGBA_MAKE macro creates an RGBA D3DCOLOR value from supplied red, green, blue, and alpha components.
RGBA_MAKE(r, g, b, a) \
((D3DCOLOR) (((a) << 24) | ((r) << 16) | ((g) << 8) | (b)))
The macros returns the color.
Windows NT/2000: Requires Windows NT 4.0 SP3 or later.
