D3DXVec2Transform

The D3DXVec2Transform function transforms a 2-D vector by a given matrix.

D3DXVECTOR4* D3DXVec2Transform(
  D3DXVECTOR4** pOut,
  const D3DXVECTOR2* pV,
  const D3DXMATRIX* pM
);

Parameters

pOut
A pointer to the D3DXVECTOR4 structure that is the result of the operation.
pV
A pointer to the source D3DXVECTOR2 structure.
pM
A pointer to the source D3DXMATRIX structure.

Return Values

A pointer to a D3DXVECTOR4 structure that is the transformed vector.

Remarks

This function transform the given vector, pV (x, y, 0, 1), by the given matrix, pM.

The return value for this function is the same value returned in the pOut parameter. In this way, the D3DXVec2Transform function can be used as a parameter for another function.
