The ID3DXContext::GetNumBackBuffers method returns the number of back buffers encapsulated by a context object.
DWORD GetNumBackBuffers();
This method returns a DWORD value indicating the number of back buffers.
Note that reference counts are maintained for the buffers encapsulated by a context object. So, it is the application's responsibility to release the buffers before the application exits or when it is resized.
Windows NT/2000: Requires Windows 2000.
Windows 95/98: Requires Windows 95 or later. Available as a redistributable for Windows 95.
Windows CE: Unsupported.
Version: Requires DirectX 7.0.
