The IDirect3DDevice7::EndStateBlock method signals Direct3D to stop recording a device state block and retrieve a handle to the state block.
HRESULT EndStateBlock( LPDWORD lpdwBlockHandle );
If the method succeeds, the return value is D3D_OK.
If the method fails, the return value can be one of the following values:
