Creates a buffer object.

Parameters

NumBytes
[in] Size of the buffer to create, in bytes.
ppBuffer
[out] Address of a pointer to an ID3DXBuffer interface, representing the created buffer object.

Return Values

If the function succeeds, the return value is D3D_OK.

If the function fails, the return value can be one E_OUTOFMEMORY.
