ID3DXSkinMesh::GetOriginalMesh

Returns the skin mesh in its original (default) pose.

HRESULT GetOriginalMesh(
  LPD3DXMESH* ppMesh
);

Parameters

ppMesh
[out, retval] Pointer to an ID3DXMesh interface that will contain the original mesh after the method returns. Note that when this method returns, the reference count for the returned mesh is incremented.

Return Values

If the method succeeds, the return value is D3D_OK.

If the method fails, the return value can be D3DERR_INVALIDCALL.

Note  Calling this method will increase the internal reference count on the ID3DXMesh interface. Be sure to call IUnknown::Release when you are done using this ID3DXMesh interface or you will have a memory leak.
