Kill Help is a utility for developers who are working on Microsoft® Windows® 9x. Sometimes when a Microsoft® DirectX® application crashes, the ddhelp process remains active. When this happens, it prevents other Microsoft® DirectDraw® or Microsoft® Direct3D® applications from working until it is terminated or the machine is rebooted. This utility will terminate the ddhelp process and spare developers from having to reboot their machine.
Executable: (SDK root)\Bin\DXUtils\KillHelp.exe
Run this application to terminate the ddhelp process. If the ddhelp process is not active, then nothing happens.
