CMediaType::Set

The Set method sets the media type from another media type.

Syntax

HRESULT Set(
    const CMediaType& cmtype
);

HRESULT Set(
    const AM_MEDIA_TYPE& mtype
};

Parameters

cmtype

Reference to a CMediaType object.

length

Reference to an AM_MEDIA_TYPE structure.

Return Value

Returns S_OK or E_OUTOFMEMORY.

Remarks

This method copies the entire media type from cmtype or mtype.
