The NotifyRequestActivated method signals that a new request has become active. This method fires an _ICAManagerEvents::RequestActivated event.
Syntax

ICARequest* pReq
);
Parameters
pReq
[in] Pointer to the ICARequest interface of the request.
Return Values
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
