ICARequest::get_Denials

This topic applies to Windows XP Home Edition and Windows XP Professional only.

The get_Denials method retrieves the denials that apply to this request, if any.

Syntax

HRESULT get_Denials(
  ICADenials**  ppDenials
);

Parameters

  ppDenials

[out]  Pointer to a variable that receives an ICADenials interface pointer.

Return Values

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.

Remarks

This method returns the ICADenials collection interface, which the caller can use to enumerate the denials. If the collection includes any non-transient denials, the request should not be played. Each denial might or might not have tolls associated with it. Paying a toll removes the denial. If a denial has no tolls, it cannot be removed.

The collection does not include any denials that might apply to components of the request.

The returned ICADenials interface has an outstanding reference count. The caller must release the interface.
