Retrieves the minimum number of vertices that the progressive mesh supports.
object.GetMinVertices() As Long
Returns the minimum number of vertices supported by the progressive mesh.
If the method fails, an error is raised and Err.Number can be set to D3DERR_INVALIDCALL.
