Retrieves the data in a vertex buffer.
object.GetVertexBuffer() As Direct3DVertexBuffer8
Direct3DVertexBuffer8 object, representing the vertex buffer object associated with the skin mesh.
If the method fails, an error is raised and Err.Number can be set to D3DERR_INVALIDCALL.
