To preserve the soft font and cartridge entries when the user wants to reinstall Windows.The installer will build an FINSTALL.DIR file for the fonts listed in the Installed list box of the installer dialog box. The developer should hold down the CTRL and SHIFT keys while choosing the Exit button. The installer prompts the user for the name and path of the FINSTALL.DIR file. If a file by the same name already exists, the installer will prompt to replace the file.
