Summary:
The link to help on SHIFT.H from the help screen on _bios_keybrd()
constants, such as _KEYBRD_SHIFTSTATUS and _KEYBRD_READ, is linked to
the wrong help screen in the online help files shipped with Microsoft
C versions 6.0, 6.0a, and 6.0ax and QuickC versions 2.5 and 2.51.
Selecting the link for SHIFT.H brings up the help for SCAN.H.

To observe this problem, invoke QuickHelp, Programmer's WorkBench
(PWB), or QuickC and bring up the online help on _KEYBRD_SHIFTSTATUS.
Scroll down to the information on _KEYBRD_SHIFTSTATUS and
_NKEYBRD_SHIFTSTATUS and select the link for SHIFT.H.
The help will display the SCAN.H header file instead of SHIFT.H. To
get to the correct help screen for SHIFT.H, press CTRL+F1. (CTRL+F1
always takes you to the next logical page in the help file and SHIFT.H
is actually on the page following SCAN.H.)
