SYMPTOM
The BCP functions in DB-LIBRARY (dblib) do not work as expected.
Some specific examples are:
- Calls to bcp_exec fail.
- Calls to bcp_init fail under Windows version 2.11 when the
program is linked with WDBLIB.
RESOLUTION
These problems have been identified and corrected in DB-LIBRARY
version 1.11. This version is included in SQL Server version 1.10a.
