SYMPTOMS
A call to dbtxtsnewval() under Windows version 3.00 results in an
unrecoverable application error (UAE).
RESOLUTION
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft SQL
Server version 1.10. This problem has been identified and corrected
in DB-LIBRARY (dblib) version 1.11. This version of dblib is
included in SQL Server version 1.10a. For more information, contact
