SYMPTOMS

In an application that uses row buffering, no rows are retrievable

from the buffer after calling dbclrbuf().

CAUSE

Dbclrbuf() is called in the following manner

dbclrbuf(dbproc,n)

where "n" is greater than the value set using the

dbsetopt(dbproc,DBBUFFER,x) call.

RESOLUTION

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft SQL

Server version 1.1. This problem has been identified and corrected

in DB-LIBRARY (dblib) version 1.11. This version of dblib is

included in SQL Server version 1.1a. For more information, contact
