SYMPTOMS
When using row buffering in a DB-LIBRARY (dblib) program, the first
call to dbnextrow() after dbgetrow() returns a duplicate row.
RESOLUTION
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft SQL
Server version 1.1. This problem has been identified and corrected
in DB-LIBRARY version 1.11. This version of dblib is included in
SQL Server version 1.1a. For more information, contact your
