SYMPTOMS
In Windows Help version 3.0, when a topic title that contains an
ampersand (&) character is displayed in the Print Topic dialog box,
the ampersand character is missing and the next character is
underlined.
CAUSE
The static text control used by Help does not have the SS_NOPREFIX
style.
RESOLUTION
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows version
3.0. To avoid this problem, it is necessary to rename topics to
remove the ampersand character.
This problem was corrected in Windows version 3.1.
