SYMPTOMS
If a negative money value, for example -$14.56, is retrieved from
the database and the result is bound to MONEY, INT, or FLOAT data
types, the result appears to be -$14.5599. Binding the result to a
string variable, produces the correct value.
CAUSE
Some negative money values are retrieved incorrectly by DB-LIBRARY
(dblib) when they are bound to certain data types.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem with dblib version
1.14. This problem has been corrected in DB-LIBRARY version 1.17,
which can be obtained from your primary support provider.
