Summary:
SYMPTOM
A stored procedure that is dependent on the existence of another
stored procedure fails to execute if the stored procedure it is
dependent on is deleted and re-created. An error message, "Could
not open dbid <x>, object <y>," is returned. This is a problem for
all users except the system administrator (SA). When logged in as
SA, the problem does not occur.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SQL Server version
1.1a. This problem has been corrected in SQL Server version 1.11,
which is available from Microsoft Product Support Services. For
