SYMPTOMS
After using the dbopen() function to open a sixteenth DBPROCESS
connection from a Windows version 3.0 DB-LIBRARY (db-lib) program,
the following error message appears:
SQL Server is unavailable or does not exist.
CAUSE
The DBNMP3.DLL has a limit of 15 open files per application.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in DB-LIBRARY version
1.1. This problem has been corrected in DB-LIBRARY version 1.16,
which is available from Microsoft Product Support Services. For
