SYMPTOMS
When a timeout condition is encountered in a DB-LIBRARY (dblib)
program, INT_CANCEL returns a value of SUCCEED instead of FAIL.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in DB-LIBRARY version
1.10. This problem has been corrected in DB-LIBRARY version 1.16,
which is available from Microsoft Product Support Services. For
