SYMPTOMS
After performing a dbsqlexec() that returns FAIL, a call to
dbprrow() will return SUCCEED.
RESOLUTION
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in DB-LIBRARY version
1.1. This problem has been corrected in DB-LIBRARY version 1.16,
which is available from Microsoft Product Support Services. For
