SYMPTOMS
When one client is doing a writetext() operation, and a second
client simultaneously executes a TRUNCATE TABLE, an 813 error is
generated:
Logical page 0x306 in database is already hashed.
CAUSE
SQL Server allows the TRUNCATE client to deallocate all rows in the
table after the writetext() client has obtained an exclusive intent
lock.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SQL Server version
1.1. This problem has been corrected in SQL Server version 1.11,
which is available from Microsoft Product Support Services. For
