SYMPTOMS
Selecting the link to SetTextAlign from the help on the TextOut
function fails with the following message:
Help Topic Does Not Exist
CAUSE
The link to SetTextAlign from the help on TextOut is incorrect.
RESOLUTION
Help on the SetTextAlign function can be accessed by choosing
Search from the Help menu, positioning the cursor on a function
call, and pressing F1, or by positioning the mouse cursor on a
function call and clicking.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in QC/Win version 1.0.
