SYMPTOMS
Command-line compiler options, linker options, and resource
compiler options may disappear in the custom options fields with
Microsoft QuickC for Windows (QC/Win) version 1.0. After specifying
custom options and closing the dialog box, they may be removed from
the list of additional options.
CAUSE
Command-line options that disappear in the custom option fields are
reset in the other option fields. For example, specifying /Osl in
the release compiler options for a Windows program causes the
"Full" optimization button to be selected, and the /Osl to vanish
after selecting "OK".
RESOLUTION
This is not a problem with QC/Win. It is a designed feature, and is
expected behavior.
STATUS
This feature is under review and will be considered for
modification in a future release.
