Problem:
Attempts to update or extract my .OBJ file from my own Library will
generate the following error message:
LIB: error U2155: staopts: module not in library; ignored
However, the .OBJ is in the listing file. The .OBJ file was
produced from Lattice C Version 3.21 on HP Vectra running MS-DOS
Version 3.2. The Library was built with LIB Version 3.07; the same
error message was generated when the "*" extract command was used with
LIB Version 3.08.
