SYMPTOMS
When MapVirtualKey() is passed valid virtual key codes for the keys
on the numeric keypad, invalid scan codes and ASCII codes are
returned.
CAUSE
The Windows keyboard driver does not map all valid virtual keys to
their scan codes and ASCII equivalents.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows version
3.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information
here as it becomes available.
