SYMPTOMS
If the network is not started when Windows is brought up in
standard mode, windows will report an unexpected application error
and will fail. In other modes (real and enhanced), Windows comes up
with a warning pop-up dialog box stating that the network driver
experienced problems loading.
RESOLUTION
Start the network before running Windows in standard mode.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in DOS LAN Manager
version 2.0b. Microsoft is researching this problem and will post
new information here as it becomes available.
