Summary:
SYMPTOMS
CodeView always starts in single-monitor mode, even though a
secondary monitor is connected to the system.
CAUSE
Single-monitor mode is the default mode for CodeView version 3.05.
Command line switches must be specified to run in dual-monitor
mode.
RESOLUTION
Select the CodeView for Windows (CVW) program icon in the Program
Manager. Then choose the Properties item from the File menu. In the
Properties dialog box, modify the command line to specify the
appropriate switch after "CVW.EXE." What switch to specify is
determined by the type of secondary display in use. The following
table summarizes the alternatives:
