Summary:

The format of HLP files generated by the Windows Help Compiler version

3.0 is not compatible with the Help program in the OS/2 Presentation

Manager.

The Windows Libraries for OS/2 (WLO) package includes a version of the

Windows Help Engine (WINHELP.EXE) that has been ported to OS/2. This

program can be used to display Windows HLP files under OS/2.
