SYMPTOMS
When using CodeView for Windows (CVW) version 3.0 or 3.05, if the
tab length is set to a number less than the length of the line
numbers plus a colon, the line numbers will be overwritten on the
left side of the source window.
RESOLUTION/STATUS
To work around this problem, set the tab length to a large enough
value so entire line numbers appear. You can do this with the "#x"
command (where x is the tab length), or by using the Source Window
dialog box under the "Options" menu.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in CVW versions 3.0
and 3.05. We are researching this problem and will post new
information here as it becomes available.
