Summary:
Real mode versions of Microsoft CodeView (CV) earlier than version 3.0
cannot debug bound applications. With these earlier versions of CV,
bound applications can only be debugged under OS/2 with the protected
mode version of CodeView (CVP).
Real mode CodeView versions 3.0, 3.1, 3.11, and 3.14 can be used
to debug bound applications under DOS.

Using the CodeView debugger with BIND, the real-mode CodeView debugger
cannot debug bound (dual-mode) applications. However, the protected-
mode CodeView debugger, CVP, can debug bound applications.
