SYMPTOMS
If an application calls the StretchBlt function to print a bitmap
containing a single nonwhite line on a PostScript printer, the
bitmap is treated as completely white and the page is aborted.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows version 3.0
and the PostScript driver version 3.4. This problem was corrected
in Windows version 3.1.
