SYMPTOMS
SetScrollPos() returns 0 (zero) for scroll bar controls, regardless
of the previous position of the scroll bar's thumb.
RESOLUTION
GetScrollPos() correctly returns the thumb position for both scroll
bar controls and window scroll bars. To retrieve the previous
scroll bar position, call GetScrollPos() before SetScrollPos().
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Windows version
3.00 scroll bar controls. We are researching this problem and will
post new information here as it becomes available.
