SYMPTOMS
When a multiline edit control contains more than one line of text
and is resized so that the text wraps differently, the application
experiences an unrecoverable application error (UAE).
CAUSE
When the edit control is resized, not all internal data structures
are updated to reflect the new size.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows version
3.0. This problem was corrected in Windows version 3.1.
