SYMPTOMS
If an MDI child window is created with the WS_MAXIMIZE style and
the CS_NOCLOSE style, two system menus and two window restore
buttons are added to the application's menu bar. Closing the
application causes an unrecoverable application error (UAE).
RESOLUTION
To avoid this problem, create the MDI child window, then send it a
WM_MDIMAXIMIZE message.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows version
3.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information
here as it becomes available.
