Summary:
In the VB.EXE environment, if a text box MultiLine property is set to
True (-1 or nonzero), setting a breakpoint in the Sub Text1_GotFocus()
will hang the machine, forcing you to reboot the computer.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the VB.EXE environment
provided with Microsoft Visual Basic programming system version 1.0
for Windows. We are researching this problem and will post new
information here as it becomes available.
More Information:
Note that you can set a breakpoint in a selected line of code in the
VB.EXE Code window by pressing F9 or by choosing the Toggle Breakpoint
command from the Run menu.
