SYMPTOMS
DBCONVERT() works incorrectly with all times from noon through
12:59 PM. For example, if a string that contains "Jul 27 1990
12:54PM" is converted with dbconvert(), it will be returned as "Jul
27 1990 24:54AM".
RESOLUTION
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in DB-LIBRARY version
1.1. This problem has been corrected in DB-LIBRARY version 1.12,
which is available from Microsoft Product Support Services. For
more information, contact your primary support provider.
