SYMPTOMS
The values returned by the EnumFonts function in the
tmDigitizedAspectX and tmDigitizedAspectY fields of the TEXTMETRIC
structure do not match the values returned by the GetTextMetrics
function.
CAUSE
The values returned by GetTextMetrics for tmDigitizedAspectX and
tmDigitizedAspectY are reversed.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows version
3.0. This problem was corrected in Windows version 3.1.
