Must be only adapter in system
Use only monochrome modes with monochrome monitor
Use only color modes with color monitor
The Hercules card was not supported in earlier versions of Microsoft C
or QuickC. To run a program written with the Microsoft C and QuickC
graphics libraries on a Hercules monitor, you must first run the
MSHERC.COM program. This program can be distributed with your
programs.
